We were seated in the greenhouse and waited for about 15 minutes before ever being greeted by waitstaff. Finally waitstaff arrived she was miserable. Zero personality and appeared to loath her job. We ordered and waited another 20 minutes then were served our apps with no silerware! By the time we found someone to request silverware our apps were cold. Food arrived later and was awful. My husbands steak was pale and appeared and tasted like boiled beef. My eggplant Parmesan lacked any taste or character. Extremely disappointed with this establishment and would have preferred chowing down on a ski boot! Should have listened to the kids request to eat at Wendy's.September 12, 2016
